This position will lead or participate in the investigation and resolution of Quality Issues within the facility and will be the face of the company for issues in the field. The appropriate candidate will be the primary customer contact for issues in the field and must be available to travel on short notice. The appropriate candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and represent the company in a professional manner during Customer visits.

The appropriate candidate will be required to work with all the parties involved, internal and external, to help determine the appropriate root cause and help implement corrective actions. The appropriate candidate will perform maintenance on rejects, VOC, and leak databases and oversee projects to assure on‑time completion while meeting all customer expectations. The appropriate candidate will troubleshoot problems on the floor related to form, fit, & function, work with Operations Managers and Supervisors to resolve quality issues, and assist the Quality Engineer(s) on projects, data collection, and improvements .

• Extensive HVAC skill-set such as Trouble‑Shooting, Brazing, Industrial Electricity (High and Low voltage), Controls, etc.
• Ability to use Electrical/ Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Coil‑Circuiting Schematics to help trouble‑shoot issues in the field
• Ability to travel on extremely short notice
• Ability to represent the company in an exemplary & professional manner
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possess a credit card and an active Passport with no travel restrictions
• General working knowledge of PLC and Ladder Logic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, & Power Point to create and monitor data sets and create presentations
• Ability to verify processes through testing, measuring, and/or capability studies

• HVAC Tech program or 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
