Job Title:

Quick Books Pro / Bookkeeper

Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quick Books Pro to manage and support our day-to-day financial operations. This role involves using Quick Books software to ensure accurate bookkeeping, efficient financial processes, and clear reporting. The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping knowledge, hands-on Quick Books experience, and the ability to support internal teams or clients with financial data and system optimization.

• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately enter financial transactions, invoices, expenses, and payments into Quick Books.
• Account Management: Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, maintain vendor and customer records, and assist with company file setup.
• Reporting: Generate financial statements, Profit & Loss reports, and other business analysis reports as needed.
• Payroll: Process payroll and assist with payroll-related tax compliance.
• Client/Internal Support: Provide Quick Books support, troubleshoot issues, train users, and coordinate with external CPAs or auditors when necessary.

• Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop and/or Quick Books Online

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Ability to problem-solve and provide excellent customer or internal support.
• Intuit Pro Advisor certification is a plus but not required.
