Job Description

Are you a driven Civil Construction Project Manager looking for long-term stability, strong financial backing, and a team that truly values your expertise? I'm partnering with a reputable, well-established contractor in Nebraska seeking a proven PM to help lead their upcoming 2026 workload.

What You'll Do:

• Manage civil construction projects from start to closeout (earthwork, site development, utilities, paving, etc.)
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication
• Lead field teams with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery
• Coordinate daily with Superintendents and internal leadership
• Ensure project goals and profitability benchmarks are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle

What They're Looking For:

• 3-10+ years of Project Management experience in civil construction
• Strong understanding of soils, heavy equipment, earthwork, and utilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven track record delivering safe, high-quality work
