Store Delivery Driver; Part Time

Overview

Greer, SC, USA. Part time. R26_. This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. This role involves working outside the store, serving customers on the road and in their communities. It is suitable whether you want to build a long-term career as a Driver, gain entry to explore other roles at NAPA, or earn extra income.

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
• Staying focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with delivered customers
• Maintaining the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

• Are a student or retired and want flexible scheduling

• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary, plus stamina to stand and walk for the shift and lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to handle cash transactions and returns
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
