A shop foremen, should possess exceptional leadership skills, great critical thinking and communication, and problem-solving skills. They must also demonstrate knowledge in working on gas and diesel trucks, also in commercial trucks/cranes/bucket trucks a big plus. We are a growing car and truck dealership, mostly trucks. We only work on our own vehicles to get them ready to sell and our own customer service work, no outside work eman will be leading 4 mechanics in a fast paced environment working closely with the General manager and implementing strategies.
