Responsibilities- Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, roofs, hydraulic jacks
- Provide and document complete diagnostic and repairs
- Record all parts and materials used in repairs
- Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
- Ensure the final work meets quality standards & inspected by supervisor
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Must furnish own hand tools
- Clean driver record
- Able to lift 25 lbs
