We're a woman-owned, family-operated automotive retailer in Greer, SC seeking talented additions. Our unique approach involves acquiring 100% of vehicles through private channels (zero auction purchases), creating superior internal operations and customer experiences.

Work-Life Balance:
- Weekday closing: 6pm (Saturday: 4pm) - no exhausting shifts!

Core Responsibilities:
- Execute daily prospect outreach using phone, text, and email channels
- Address concerns effectively and book face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects
- Evaluate trade-ins and maintain regular management communication on opportunities
- Welcome visitors, demonstrate inventory, conduct test drives, and begin price discussions
- Guide financing application processes
- Create contracts and coordinate with closing personnel as needed
- Document all interactions in our CRM platform
- Participate in quarterly team gatherings at ownership's residence to enhance procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Superior communication abilities required (constant interaction expected)
- Outgoing personalities thrive here, though balanced personalities succeed too
- High interpersonal and emotional awareness
- High school education minimum; college background helpful but optional
- Track record with structured workflows appreciated
- 30 WPM typing ability; comfortable with technology basics
- Dependable effort, upbeat approach, and collaborative nature
- Previous dealership background unnecessary (fresh perspectives often preferred)
- Spanish fluency highly valued (but not required)!
