This is a full-time, on-site/WFH hybrid Salesperson role located in Charleston, SC. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and maintaining contact with current customers. Daily tasks include generating leads, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the operations team to meet client needs. The role also involves understanding clients’ logistical requirements and delivering tailored solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in logistical planning, truckload, and expedite operations
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required
