Quality Control / Manager, Quality Technician/ Inspector
Site Leader Position – Greer, SC
Payrate:
Days/$18.15 and Nights/$19.25.
Ensure quality services and support for all missions assigned to their site(s). Provide leadership and guidance to personnel fulfilling missions. Support and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere ure all company and customer guidelines are being upheld.
Reports toSite Manager / Site Supervisor
Responsibilities- Client relationship & Business development:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel.
- Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level.
- Operations:
- Set up and supervise missions.
- Staffing of missions.
- Training and validating inspectors.
- Coordinating changes in missions.
- Isolating, tagging and verifying nonconforming material.
- Conducting ongoing audits of effectiveness of work.
- Performing visual, mechanical, and functional verifications.
- Making independent judgments for subjective scenarios.
- Working as an inspector when required.
- Demonstrating commitment to reduce workplace accidents.
- Complying with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
- Organization & Management:
- Ensuring all site personnel receive corporate communications.
- Partnering with Human Resources for performance and attendance issue resolution.
- Acting as liaison between Site Manager and inspectors.
- Ensuring all inspector time is entered, monitored and approved.
- Creating and maintaining a 5S working environment.
- Technical:
- Updating daily system entries in company and customer portals.
- Creating and maintaining customer and company reports.
- Utilizing company web portals to record required audits and documentation.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving with the supplier and customer for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills.
- Creating electronic work instructions and navigating company and customer websites and portals.
- Lineside:
- Assisting the Senior Lead and Supervisor with ensuring all associates follow TRIGO and customer policies (safety, dress, etc.).
- Ensuring tool hand‑out and collection.
- Ensuring all inspection data is recorded in TRIGO App and reviewed for completeness and inaccuracies.
- Communicating all nonconformities and safety issues to relevant personnel.
- Providing ancillary Supervisor support.
- Completing/creating employee schedule.
- Maintaining work area cleanliness and 6S.
- Ensuring timely completion of all necessary material within allotted takt time.
- Other:
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office (basic Excel proficiency) and Outlook.
- Proficient in the use of various gauges and measuring devices.
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.

- 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- 1+ year in a Quality related position preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
