Quality Delivery Lead: Customer Interface & Data

A multinational Quality Management company is seeking a Quality Delivery Liaison (QDL) in Greer, SC. In this role, you will serve as an interface between the company and customers, ensuring all data transactions are accurate and timely while providing excellent service. Responsibilities include maintaining quality-driven documents, managing quality alerts, and leading training for team members. Candidates should possess strong Microsoft Office skills and an undergraduate degree is preferred.
