Automation Maintenance Technician – Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Geer, SC is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to join their team!
Job Details- Pay:
Starting at $30.00 to $33.00 hourly - Direct Hire
- Shift: 7:45pm – 8:00am (3 on, 2 off-2 on, 3 off)
As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and providing technical support for automated and semi-automated manufacturing solutions, particularly for high-volume consumer product applications. Key responsibilities include machinery and equipment maintenance, participation in the preventive maintenance program, problem-solving, and ensuring a quality-focused approach.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in automation within a manufacturing environment, involving complex manufacturing and automation equipment.
- Proficiency in PLCs and electrical controls.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and design aspects of automation, including machining capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic and electrical/electronic components related to manufacturing equipment.
