Overview
Work Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm In this role, you will impact the production of critical aerospace components, ensuring that they meet stringent quality standards and specifications while optimizing production efficiency.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain machining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce precise components.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure they comply with specifications.
- Perform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with quality control principles and practices.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components.
- Experience leading a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Erowha robotics.
