Senior Manufacturing Technician-Robotics

Overview

Work Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm In this role, you will impact the production of critical aerospace components, ensuring that they meet stringent quality standards and specifications while optimizing production efficiency.

• Operate and maintain machining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce precise components.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure they comply with specifications.
• Perform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with quality control principles and practices.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components.
• Experience leading a team of technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with Erowha robotics.
