Forklift Operator US – Refresco

Join our team as a Forklift Operator in the US, located in Greer, SC. This role involves operating warehouse forklifts, supporting production lines, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

1st Shift: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm & 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm.

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and required PPE when working in warehouse or production areas.
• Maintain food quality and safety guidelines per Refresco, customer and governing body standards (e.g., SQF).
• Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks, validate quantities using blind count sheets or SAP transactions on forklift computer.
• Operate SAP database via Vehicle-Mounted Units (VMUs) on forklifts.
• Perform all warehouse functions in SAP using forklift VMU.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) in a high‑paced environment; be in‑house forklift certified.
• Supply raw materials to production lines as required.
• Perform pre‑trip forklift inspections and adhere to battery or propane tank change procedures.
• Execute any other driving or warehouse duties as directed by leadership.
• Maintain clean work areas throughout the shift.
• Represent the company positively at all times.
• May perform production machine operation duties.

• Read and write job instructions in the specified acceptable language(s) for the location.
• Perform basic computer functions.
• Demonstrate basic operation of powered industrial trucks.
• Be forklift certified by an approved Refresco trainer.
