Job Description Responsibilities- Responsible for production productivity and production quality.
- Building production recipes and monitoring the production line.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Comply with all safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO, and safe lifting techniques, ensuring Operator safety for themselves as well as coworkers.
- Attends Shift Team Meetings (Start of shift).
- Assist with line clearing and product changeover.
- Responsible for maintaining plant cleanliness.
- Assist with prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required.
- Complete daily checklists.
- Complete training book (APO) within 90-day probationary period.
- Participate in all Safety Requirements (CBT, Safety Observations, Safety Meetings, and 6S Audits).
- Work the schedule rotation — 12 hour shifts, 4 days on/4 days off. Shifts will rotate every 4 weeks from Days (7a-7p) to Nights (7p-7a).
