• Climbing:
  Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, or ramps.
• Clothing PPE:
  Ability to wear personal protective gear (which may include, but is not limited to, composite toe shoes, gloves, headwear, face masks, hearing protection, fall protection, high visibility clothing, and/or safety glasses).

  Use hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment; dexterity to pick and place items that require high dexterity; ability to manipulate objects of various sizes and weights.

  Ability to hear alarms or signaling and to understand speech in person or over communications devices.

  Able to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Physical activity:
  Light to moderate activity in a production/technical environment.
• Operating equipment requiring hand-eye coordination and good manual dexterity.
• Operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as required for warehouse work.
• Positioning:
  Ability to stay in a stationary position for extended periods; bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching; twisting at the waist.
• Pushing or pulling objects up to 25 pounds; reaching overhead and at shoulder level; repetitive motions such as scanning, packing, and loading.
• Vision:
  Distance, color, depth, and peripheral vision as required for safety and productivity.

How you will contribute:
This work is performed in a fast-paced traditional warehousing environment. An Operator is responsible for picking automotive parts according to customer orders and placing those parts in designated work areas.

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and places them in designated areas.
• Scans materials and moves them according to standard work instructions where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Perform pick and pack motions over 8-12-hour shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Able to work with a diverse group of people and be a team player.
• Ability to perform multiple jobs in the warehouse.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM

These shift schedules are subject to change depending on the customer workload.
