• Improve Physical Logistics INNOVATION with Business Case Realization (Cost / Benefit Ratio / Justification).
• IMPACT Digitalization of Logistics with AI, BI and Data Analytics (IT configurable).
• Implementation of 5-Year innovation plan including AR / VR, and Best Practice Training.
• Strategize Strategic Development of the Workforce for the Future with supporting technology.
• Increase the APP Landscape and Usage in Logistics to improve Quality and Efficiency.
• Improve Work Organization (Measurables) and Key Process Indicator Transparency.
• Implementation of Power BI, Data Robot, Celonis, other Data Analytical Tools.
• Huge focus on Problem Solving in a dynamic environment including Data Modelling.
• Manage projects and implementation with IT and Production with a focus on AGILE Working Methods.
• Value Stream Process, Process Mapping, Waste Reduction, and usage of JIRA / Confluence.
• Improve Best Practice Sharing (VPS Communication, Newsletters, and Training).
• Improve Processes daily for Associates, Process Leaders, Key Users & Section Leaders.
• Ensure Target Achievement (current and future) with Strategic Planning / Technology.
• Find and implement solutions for more effective processes in TX-16 Physical Logistics.
• Work with Plant (Hall 50 & Hall 52) along with Warehouse Functions (LC01, LC05, LCX, VZ3 & others).
• Improve Daily Operations including Processes, Training, Tools, and Digitalization.
• Implement solutions with IT incl. SAP, Android Devices, Autonomous Devices, and AR / VR.
• Lead Electronic Board and Data Transparency, Usage of Statistics, and Problem Solving.

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or IT preferred
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
• Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 18th – August 7th, 2026
