You will be responsible for participating in the design and implementation of the company's global culture ecosystem. Your core mission is to deeply integrate the company's Eastern roots with global practices, particularly at our new U.S. headquarters and across our worldwide operations. Through strategic cultural initiatives, excellent internal communication, profound employee experiences, and responsible social impact, you will help build unparalleled employee cohesion and organizational effectiveness.
Your work will serve as the "glue" and "accelerator" for executing our company strategy, directly supporting our success in the US.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Cultural Planning, System Development & Assessment- Planning: Participate in developing short and mid-term cultural roadmap aligned with the company's globalization strategy, defining phased goals and resource planning.
- System Establishment: Participate to optimize the global culture operating system, including but not limited to: behavioral standards for cultural values, leadership expectation models, cultural assessment tools, and related policies and processes.
- System Integration: Audit and advocate for the deep integration of cultural elements into core HR and business processes (e.g., recruitment, performance management, promotion, meeting/decision-making protocols, innovation processes) to ensure the systems themselves reinforce the desired culture.
- Event Plan & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute culturally symbolic global and regional integration events. These activities serve as key vehicles for cultural advocacy, strategic alignment, and team building.
- Integration Program: Participate to design and lead flagship "East-West Cultural Bridge" programs. Systematically enhance employees' understanding and appreciation of the company's cultural heritage through immersive workshops, executive dialogue series, cross-cultural mentorship, and employee exchange programs, while also facilitating the flow of western best practices (e.g., innovation, empowerment) back into the global system.
- Experience Journey Design: Map and enhance key "moments that matter" across the entire employee lifecycle. Deeply embed culture into recruitment, onboarding, training, promotion, recognition, and departure processes to create a unique and consistent employee experience.
- Localized CSR Strategy: Develop and execute a localized CSR strategy focused on areas like sustainability, energy efficiency education, and community care, etc, aligning with both company strengths and local community needs, to shape a responsible corporate citizen image. Maintain relationships with local community and nonprofit partners to ensure successful event delivery.
- Employee Participation Platform: Design CSR projects as volunteer platforms for joint participation by east and west employees, promoting cross-cultural team integration while fulfilling social responsibilities.
- Employer Brand Linkage: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to distill the company's excellence in cultural development, East-West integration, and social responsibility into a core Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and translate it into compelling talent attraction content.
- End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Participate the global employee engagement and satisfaction survey process. Conduct deep-dive data analysis, with a specific focus on East-West differences. Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to translate insights into concrete team-level action plans, establishing a closed-loop tracking mechanism.
- Storyteller: Participate the company's internal narrative, translating complex strategies into inspiring, easy-to-communicate stories. Focus on telling "hero's journey" stories from the company's key endeavors to reinforce employees' sense of mission and belonging.
- Facilitating Two-Way Dialogue: Establish regular two-way communication mechanisms (e.g., town halls, anonymous feedback platforms, executive "listening tours") to ensure employee voices are heard and addressed, building solid trust.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience; prior execution-focused roles in employee event planning, corporate culture, or HR within a multinational company are preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience planning and executing CSR activities and/or large-scale employee/volunteer events.
