Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, S.C. The property features 12 cottages, each accommodating 12 patients, with individual kitchens, gardens, and patios for residents and staff to enjoy.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Advanced degree preferred
• Certification to practice in South Carolina
• Experience in long-term care is helpful
• Ability to use or quickly learn Point Click Care and Casamba

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Implement care plans based on physician treatment plans, record treatment notes, and monitor weekly progress. Participate in patient care and rehab conferences as needed.
