Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, S.C. Our property features 12 cottages, each accommodating 12 patients, with private kitchens, gardens, and patios for residents and staff to enjoy.

Successful candidates will have:
- A degree in an associated field of practice
- A license to practice in South Carolina
- An advanced degree is preferred
- Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful
- Ability to use or quickly learn Point Click Care and Casamba software
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Evaluating and treating patients, communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members, and maintaining documentation of services in medical records. Conducting in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.

Patient caseloads are carefully managed to prevent overwhelm with short-term residents. Due to our setup, candidates should be in excellent physical condition, as there will be travel on foot between cottages.
