Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
$80,000–$85,000 per year + Performance Bonus Potential

Our outpatient clinic specializes in personalized therapy, balance, vestibular, and neuro rehabilitation
, and we are looking for a strong clinician who can help mentor others and contribute to the clinic’s long-term success.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments
- Serve as a mentor and clinical leader for team members
- Collaborate with leadership on clinic growth and performance
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Contribute to a strong, positive clinic culture
- Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience
- Vestibular and neuro experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Strong work ethic and ownership mentality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to grow clinically and professionally into leadership
