Activity Director at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation Greenville Greer, SC

Overview

Activity Director / Assistant Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Elite Day Center of Greer is located in Greer, SC. This position involves caring for Members at an adult day center and assisting with daily activities according to each Member’s individual plan of care.

• Provide hands-on care to all Members/Clients in need at Elite Day Center
• Assist with lunch prep and snacks according to instructions
• Provide companionship for the Members, lead and participate in activities of the Center, interacting and engaging Members throughout the day
• Maintain a clean environment for the Members of the Center
• Complete required documentation on Members present at center daily
• Create the Activity Calendar each month
• Lead activities as assigned; conduct group and one-on-one activities to promote active engagement

• Experience working with older adults or young adults with disabilities - preferred
• Experience working with Alzheimer’s/Dementia - preferred

Full-time. No weekends, no holidays.
