We’re seeking a Senior Accountant who will play a central role in delivering accurate financial reporting while supporting operational decision making across the organisation. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position will lead a small accounting team and work closely with department leaders to strengthen financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and help drive smarter data led decisions across the business.

You’ll be responsible for
- Delivering accurate financial reporting including month end and year end close
- Managing bank and balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial controls
- Supporting compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Leading a small team covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing
- Partnering with department managers to deliver financial insights and performance metrics
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, automation, and financial processes
You’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with strong knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Experience running month end close and maintaining compliance with accounting standards
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience using Service Titan, Quick Books, Paylocity, ERP systems, and MS Excel
- Ability to lead and mentor a small team within a collaborative environment
- Continuous improvement mindset with high integrity and a values driven approach to teamwork
Location: This role is 100% onsite in Greer, South Carolina. The standard working pattern is 7am to 4pm with some flexibility around start times where required.
