Part-Time Teller

MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A TELLER

Responsibilities
  • Handle member transactions and requests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Cross-sell products and services tailored to members’ financial needs to impact their financial well-being.
  • Perform routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Ensure accurate balancing procedures and stay informed on credit union updates.
  • Address member inquiries promptly in a dynamic service environment.
Schedule

Typical schedule:

Monday–Thursday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Friday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, approximately 29 hours per week with flexibility.

What Matters Most / Qualifications
  • Minimum education:

    high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills to engage with members and cross-sell confidently.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to communicate the benefits of offerings.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to interpret various instructions.
  • Creativity, independence, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, multitasking, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
