Position:
Customer Service Representative
Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule:
Full-Time, 11am-7pm (days vary Mon-Sun)

Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Oversee parking operations under the supervision of Operations Management to ensure 24/7 professional parking management.
- Build a positive culture and provide timely problem resolution with a caring attitude; develop rapport with employees and customers.
- Assist customers in lanes and on the phone; assist with parking reservations, refunds, and receipt requests.
- Close lanes of traffic when necessary and communicate issues to the team while remaining attentive to traffic concerns.
- Monitor kiosks and pay stations; communicate device issues and assist customers until resolved; know device names and locations.
- Promote excellent customer relations and provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Submit general maintenance reports and assist with operating supplies and daily revenue reporting.
- Collaborate with Management to cover CSR roles; mentor, coach, and support staff development; adapt to evolving responsibilities.
- Complete other related duties as assigned; duties may change over time.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience- Strong customer service experience required.
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- Supervisory or managerial experience required.
- Willingness to be flexible, learn, and work at various facility locations and shifts.
- Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Excellent communication (read, write, speak) in English.
- Dependable and accountable; reliable with company equipment.
- Willingness to work in the elements (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods; ability to bend, stoop, and squat.
