Customer Service Representative plays a key role in revenue collection and control of multiple parking lots. The CSR greets the parker/guest in a manner consistent with the LAZ Way, serving as a representative displaying honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

• Must communicate clearly in English and exhibit a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Must work independently; apart from training time, typically works alone.

• Promote good customer relations through premier service with a friendly demeanor, can‑do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Help patrons locate the parking garage/lot they need.
• Provide general property information to guests.
• Walk and/or drive company vehicle between different parking lots and identify parking violators around the airport.
• Issue appropriate parking violation notices.
• Communicate any issues or concerns in parking lots to the location manager.
• Maintain and repair malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure access to customers.
• Ensure proper garage/lot signage is displayed and report deficiencies to the manager.
• Conduct general maintenance of the garage—sweeping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, picking up trash, etc.
• Maintain machines such as replacing receipt rolls.
• Perform basic janitorial cleaning of parking lots, picking up trash on the ground.
• Complete all required data entry, paperwork, and reports accurately and efficiently to account for all parking revenue and violations issued.>
• Add/delete monthly accounts and key in required information for monthly parkers in the parking revenue control system.
• Wear full LAZ Parking uniform, be on time, and ready to work as scheduled.
• Respond promptly and resolve problems, displaying a caring attitude and building rapport with customers.
• Work primarily without direct supervision and follow directions of supervisors when requested.
• Assist customers in garages, lanes, and the parking office.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

• Willingness to be flexible.
• Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.
• Make decisions independently and stay firm on those decisions.

• Willingness to work in the elements—heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Lifting and moving parking equipment.
• Sweeping and changing signage as needed.
