Spa Associate / Front Desk - Part-Time
Location:
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Greer, SC. Join us working three evenings a week and alternating weekends (Tuesday 3‑8 pm, Wednesday 3‑7 pm, Friday 3‑7 pm, Saturday & Sunday 12‑6 pm). Additional hours are available and future growth is possible.
Our Spa Associates are front‑desk managers who greet clients, take reservations, balance the appointment book, inform customers about spa services, maintain a clean environment, and sell memberships, gift cards, skin products, and other items.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude
- Collaborate as a team player
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Good computer and phone skills, strong customer service capabilities
- Excellent personal appearance, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask while focusing on the guest
