Customer Service & Supply Chain Management

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing customer inquiries (handling and processing customer requests, keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken)
• Issuing quotes, order confirmations, shipping documents
• Managing master data (articles incl. price, customer and supplier accounts) in the ERP system
• Issuing Purchase orders
• Increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through comprehensive service for customers
• Maintaining inventory organization to facilitate efficient inventory retrieval using the company ERP and assigned inventory item locations
• Picking, packaging parts for shipment, including crating of large parts and labeling based on established standards
• Processing all in and outbound shipments including, but not limited to shipping and receiving documentation
• Monitoring/Tracking all in and outbound shipments
• Consultation with sister company in Austria, Europe
• Performing other duties as assigned by Management

• High School Diploma required)
• 1-2 years related experience preferred
• Technical basic education required
• Team player and people oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Working Experiences with ERP systems
• Highly motivated individual who is a self-starter, doesn’t require constant instruction to learn
• Interested in continuously expanding their skill set
