Job Title:
Data Entry Specialist
A temporary data entry specialist is needed for dual entry tasks, transferring data from one system to another due to a recent acquisition. The role primarily involves data entry and email communications, along with miscellaneous tasks such as supply chain follow‑ups or cycle counts to ensure full utilisation of work hours.
Responsibilities- Enter daily production data and raw material consumption into the customer portal.
- Record planned production and other related tasks in the customer portal.
- Provide reports, including reconciliation reports.
- Navigate and utilise the customer portal and SAP system effectively.
- Communicate with internal and external customers efficiently.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to data entry and system navigation.
- Proficiency in data entry and analytics.
- Basic abilities in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, and Email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keyboarding and 10‑key typing proficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Computer savvy with strong organisational skills.
- Sense of urgency and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- No degree required.
The position follows normal first shift hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. It is a contract role lasting until the end of September.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or programme terms.
