Staff Nurse - Baylor, 3 Tower
Self Regional Healthcare – Full Time Position – Greenwood, SC (Baylor, 3 Tower)
Schedule: 7pm-7:30am, varied days including every other weekend
Responsibilities- Utilize the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation, Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care to medical patients in accordance with medical plans, critical pathways, and SRH and Nursing Policies.
- Coordinate and delegate care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
- Communicate findings to appropriate persons as indicated.
- Assist with peritoneal dialysis on patients.
- Perform other job‑related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
- Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
- ADN degree.
- BLS certified.
