Job Summary
Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation), the RN provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Obtains NRP certification within 1 year of hire.
Completes annual review of unit specific Code A responsibilities. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
- Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
- ADN degree.
- BLS certified.
