Security Guard - OTP (part-time position) - New Vista North
New Vista North Treatment Center:
New Vista North Outpatient Recovery Center focuses on drug addiction issues. The outpatient opioid treatment program uses evidence-based approaches to teach coping skills that help patients lead a drug-free lifestyle and minimize relapse. Admission is based on presenting symptoms, willingness to follow program requirements, and need for treatment. After assessment, each patient receives an individualized treatment plan that meets their specific needs.

Job Summary:
The Opioid Treatment Program security guard is a cross-trained position responsible for the overall security of patients, employees, and clinic grounds, greeting and assisting visitors, answering calls, and managing patient records. Responsibilities include entering patient demographics and insurance data into electronic medical records and documenting patient interactions. The role requires the ability to establish rapport, maintain professional boundaries, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
The OTP security guard may assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned by the OTP Program Director.

Job Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- 1-3 years’ experience working with patients in a healthcare environment, preferred.
- Current driver's license.
- Registered Security Officer, preferred.
