Overview
Registered Nurse-Baylor, 8 Tower PCU, Full Time Nights at Self Regional Healthcare. 7PM-7:30AM to include every other weekend.
Responsibilities- Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work.
- Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
- Utilizes effective communication to teach patients and families how to comply with treatment plans to maintain good health.
- If employed in a dedicated stroke unit, critical care, or the emergency room, must adhere to (meet) the requirements for educational hours as outlined in the NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- Baylor Program provides additional pay for Full time nights
