• Proactively identify, market, and recommend bank products and services suitable for customers to achieve individual sales targets.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with the Woodforest Experience training.

• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience;
• OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience;
• OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in‑store banking experience preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Full‑time.

• No.

• Little to no overnight travel expected. Occasionally may cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from the assigned branch.

• Stands most of the time; may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting briefly; occasionally lifts and carries items up to 30 lbs.
