Funeral Services Adjunct Instructor

Overview

Part-time faculty member to teach in the funeral service science curriculum or content area at Piedmont Technical College. Applicant must hold a South Carolina Funeral Director/Embalmer license or be able to reciprocate to a South Carolina license prior to starting. Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university documented by official transcripts. Must also be a graduate of an ABFSE program.

A minimum of 3 years of embalming and restorative art experience. Be available for in-person instruction 2-4 days per week at the Greenwood campus of Piedmont Technical College. Must be proficient in utilizing technology and using a variety of teaching methods for instruction. These are temporary, part-time positions.
