Overview
Building Construction Instructor for the school year.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or Associates Degree with at least 4 years or more of hands-on work experience in residential or commercial building construction (cabinetry/roofing/framing/alone does not qualify).
- Hands-on work experience as a residential or commercial carpenter.
- Company owner/manager experience only and/or a Commercial Builders License do not meet the industry work experience requirement for this area of certification.
- CERTIFICATION INFORMATION: SC Teaching Credential through Career and Technology Education (CATE).
- Complete NCCER Exam and OSHA certification upon employment in accordance with South Carolina State Department of Education expectations.
190 day contract.
SalarySalary is based on the Teacher Salary Scale.
