Transit​/Van Delivery Driver

, delivering Amazon packages.

The Step Van position requires a For Hire Endorsement/Chauffeur's License or a CDL

• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related)
  driving experience is a plus
• For Hire License and DOT Medical card is required for step vans, but not mandatory before applying.

Scheduling:

• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-day work week (40 hours)
• Rotational Schedule
• Expect shift to run from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm
• 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicle in all weather conditions and light / dark conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job
• Lift and carry small packages, up to 50lbs
• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time and to customer specification.
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
• Use apps on smart phone device for communication, GPS Navigation, delivery, and conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out
• Support the team in daily work requirements

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Consent to a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Possess a clean motor vehicle report over the past 7 years. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English communication skills

• Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment

Expect the HIRING PROCESS to take approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE
.It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
