Job Details
  • Valid CDL Driver’s License with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred
  • Moves, secures, loads/unloads hazardous and non-hazardous waste
  • Understanding of DOT and RCRA Regulations is a plus
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Effective Communicator, Outgoing and Personable
  • Strong Time-Management
  • Willing to Travel/Stay Overnight and/or Work Odd Hours Occasionally
  • Uniforms provided at no cost
Qualifications
  • Can effectively use heavy and light equipment (skid steer/forklift/pressure washer)
  • Maintain all safety standards
  • Able to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
  • Attentive to details and alert at all times to ensure safety
  • Able to safely handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
  • Able to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical labor
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
Responsibilities
  • Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor‑trailers, to transport waste safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain proper documentation, including Hazmat and tanker endorsements.
  • Load and unload waste, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary.
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
  • Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules while maintaining communication with dispatch and clients.
