Residential Fence Installer

Overview

We are a fence company looking for independent fence contractors for residential installations. We are expanding our customer base and are hiring multiple independent contractors to help us accommodate growth.

• Install residential fence projects (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link) as independent contractor crews.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project: at the start to confirm layout, during installation to address issues, and at completion to verify customer satisfaction.

• At least 2 years of residential fence installation experience for wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link products.
• Each contractor crew must be able to provide FEIN, general liability, commercial auto & workers' compensation insurance.
• Daily access to a work truck and all necessary tools to complete projects.
• Reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.

• The fencing season is predominantly March through October, but installations occur year-round.
• Independent contractors are expected to handle a high volume during peak months and have work available in fall and winter.
• Contractors are not required to work exclusively with our company.
• Rates are determined on a per-project basis.
