As a Screener with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will welcome employees and visitors, support access control and badge checks, and conduct entry screening while maintaining a highly visible presence. You will monitor assigned areas, document security-related activity, communicate clearly with site teams, and deliver customer service with integrity.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Screen employees, contractors, and visitors at entry points by verifying identification and credentials, controlling access, and directing arrivals to the proper check-in process.

+ Support screening operations by observing for prohibited items, monitoring inbound deliveries and packages as assigned, and reporting unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and escalating concerns per post orders.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around work areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
