Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors at a tech-focused location;
Operate screening checkpoints by conducting security-related screening of persons, bags, and deliveries;
Control access by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badging processes;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders;
Complete required reports and logs, monitor cameras and/or alarms when assigned, and conduct periodic checks of nearby access points and screening areas as permitted by the post assignment
