** Greenwood, IN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will greet visitors, manage access control and/or badging, and verify credentials to support security-related site procedures. You will conduct routine patrols as assigned, stay visible to help reduce incidents, and communicate clearly with employees, guests, and site leaders.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Screen and process employees, contractors, and visitors by verifying identification and credentials, issuing visitor access as directed, and directing individuals to the appropriate check-in points.

+ Support access control operations by monitoring entry and exit points, observing for unusual activity, and communicating concerns to site leadership to help to deter unauthorized access.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and documentation.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter, including observation of doors, loading areas, and other access points, with working conditions that may vary by site.

* + Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
