Outside Sales Representative
Greenwood, IN
We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow new client relationships in the Indianapolis area.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and being rewarded for results. If you’ve done inside sales, customer-facing work, or account support and want more control over your income, this could be a strong next step.
What you’ll do- Meet with local businesses and build new relationships
- Manage your own prospects and follow-ups
- Work with our internal team to support new accounts
- $45,000 base + commission
- Most motivated reps reach $55k–$70k in year one
- Strong performers continue to grow as accounts mature
The base provides stability. Performance drives upside.
