Senior Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager – Greenwood, IN

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Full‑time position, up to 38 hours per week.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager with overall store operations.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
