This is a part-time, on-site Jewelry Sales role located in Indianapolis, IN. As a team member, you will engage with customers to provide unparalleled service, assist with jewelry selections, and educate clients about our high-quality products. Daily responsibilities include showcasing products, completing sales, managing inventory through accurate documentation, and maintaining the visual aesthetics of the showroom. You will also contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills
• Sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure the accuracy of documentation and product handling
• Interest or experience in jewelry, luxury products, or fashion retail is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support a positive work environment
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail, sales, or jewelry industry preferred
