Designer roles support three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange for kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They also support stock levels of samples and brochures and help maintain showroom displays to promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.

• Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers and assist with kitchen and/or bath project needs.
• Conduct showroom tours and facilitate measurements for projects.
• Review room designs with customers and make purchasing recommendations.
• Monitor and restock samples and brochures to support In Stock initiatives.
• Ensure special order displays and showroom areas promote an appealing and safe shopping environment to support Store Appearance.
• Contribute to driving sales in support of department and store goals.
