About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fish and Reptile Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert knowledge on our wide range of fish and reptile products. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales to meet and exceed our targets. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a clean and organized store and ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the pet industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Experience with fish and reptile care and maintenance
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide expert knowledge on our wide range of fish and reptile products
• Drive sales by recommending products and promotions to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed

Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong sales ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capability to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
