• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service and may also lead Departments.
• Responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals; delegating tasks to teams; following up; and reporting results.
• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed properly, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: ensuring the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, that food safety standards are met, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager responsibilities: hiring qualified crew, training them, and scheduling them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; ensuring crew receive a positive start and are recognized and motivated throughout their tenure.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and a positive team player with a flexible schedule who loves working in McDonald’s fast‑paced environment.

• Commitment to maintain McDonald’s safety and quality standards.
