Position: Stepdown Nurse (RN) in Greenwood, IN
A nursing role is available in a Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit specializing in cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients. This contract position is based in Greenwood, IN, offering a structured day shift schedule with weekend rotations every third weekend. Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and BLS and ACLS certifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a 23-bed unit with patient ratios ranging from 1:3 to 1:4. Nurses may be required to float within other stepdown or progressive care units. Familiarity with the EPIC electronic medical record system is advantageous.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• 2+ years relevant stepdown/progressive care nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Ability to float within similar units as needed
