SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

6am-2:30pm, every other weekend required

2pm-10:30pm, every other weekend required

Your Responsibilities:

* Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration

* Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction

* Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations

* Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow-up needs

* Supervise nursing personnel and provide job-specific guidance

* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

What Success Looks Like:

* RN from accredited or state approved school of nursing preferred.

* Valid Indiana RN License
