Primary RoleThe role is responsible for managing, centralizing, monitoring, and standardizing workflow and processes associated with private development, fire services, economic development, system interconnects, and new services for Indiana. This role will lead a cross‑functional program management team of internal technical review and external service provider staff to coordinate the infrastructure planning, project plan review, contracting, and inspection services associated with development and growth services team.
KeyAccountabilities
- Lead and manage all workflow associated with developer, fire services, economic development, new service, and related programs of varying scope including coordination with internal engineering planning, operations, rates and regulatory, and legal, as well as external consultants, contractors, and developers from customer inquiry to closeout of projects.
- Supervise a team of internal technical review staff and external consultant extension of staff and inspectors to execute the company objectives of the developer and growth services program.
- Guide and serve as advisor to direct staff and other personnel requiring technical direction and adherence to Company processes and procedures.
- Lead and implement performance measures to improve program quality and enhance organizational performance.
- Monitors team performance and adherence to the Company’s business plan and key performance indicators of the Indiana development and growth services team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, rates and regulatory, operations and legal) to prepare and present business plans and capital requests associated with new business to executive leadership.
